FAIR GROUND IMPACT

STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

Small Hands.
Big Impact.

Youth are the primary users of public spaces, yet they are rarely given a seat at the table where community decisions are made. Financial constraints, lack of transportation, and unpaid leadership roles often keep young visionaries from participating in civic strategy.

FairPlay bridges that gap. Built directly into Fair Ground Impact’s operational model, every B2B client engagement automatically funds youth stipends. Through additional corporate and institutional sponsorships, we scale that impact—providing young leaders with the direct financial support, mentorship, and access needed to shape their communities.

Fair Play Community seed Fund

Small Ideas Can Make a Real Difference

The Fair Play Community Project Fund helps high school students turn thoughtful ideas into real projects that improve their schools, neighborhoods, or everyday lives.

Students may receive a small amount of project funding, along with hands-on support from Fair Ground Impact and local business partners. The goal is not simply to give students money. It is to help them shape an idea, create a realistic plan, connect with the right people, and bring something meaningful to life.

A project could include creating a quiet space at school, organizing a neighborhood resource drive, starting a student-led club, improving a shared outdoor area, developing a youth event, or addressing another need the student has personally noticed.
