The challenge
Living in a short-term shelter program involves navigating rapid transitions, high stress, and tight timelines. Parents are constantly managing their children while navigating housing and employment steps, often leading to deep isolation, cognitive overload, and burnout.
The Goal: Create a dedicated, recurring space for all parents (moms, dads, and guardians) to step out of "parent mode," build social capital, and gain actionable tools for permanent housing without sacrificing their children’s needs or well-being.
The site also needed to serve as a recruitment platform, attracting top talent through a strong and innovative employer brand image.
To do justice to Lumina's 3D models, we developed a custom Three.js viewer. Optimized for mobile, it allows fluid exploration of buildings without excessive loading times.
